Nettle belongs to the genus of flowering plants in the Knidi family. This annual or perennial, herbaceous, native plant has high nutritional value. It contains vitamins, chlorophyll, nitrogen, iron, and other essential micronutrients. Plinius and Dioscurides mentioned its healing properties and in many villages people boil and eat it.
As beverage: Boil for 2-3 minutes 50 grams in one liter of water. Remove from the heat and leave it for 20 minutes. Then put it in a bottle and drink whenever you want.
